Returns gladly accepted with original receipt and only on unopened and unused notions and accessories within 30 days of purchase.Class Fees & Registration
Stitched with Love promises to keep class fees economical and affordable. Class fees are utilized to pay the instructors and cover the cost of use of our facility. You may register for our classes in person, by mail, or by telephone. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit and debit cards.Class Supplies
After you have registered for a class (including payment), you will receive the supply list and a 10% off coupon for purchase of all supplies for the designated class. Stitched with Love staff members are happy to answer any questions you may have as well as to help you select your supplies. Purchase of your supplies from Stitched with Love allows us to continue offering a diverse class schedule for various skill levels at reasonable prices. If you cannot find an item on the supply list, please let us know, as we will make every effort to locate and order the items that you need.Minimum Attendance
All classes have a predetermined minimum attendance requirement as set by the instructor. In order for a class to make, this number must be met. Early registration ensures that the class will have enough students to meet minimum attendance requirements.

Attendance at a quilting class is a treat for each of us…a time to learn or tweak a skill with friends. Stitched with Love asks that each student kindly respect the needs of fellow attendees.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Please refrain from bringing children or other non-participants to class.
- Please switch cell phones to silent or vibrate mode and step away from the classroom to take calls.
- Please help us keep our classroom fragrance free for those with allergies.
Stitched with Love uses registration and prepayment of class fees to determine if a class meets the minimum attendance requirements, and to aid the teachers with preparation. In order to qualify for a refund of registration fees, you must call Stitched with Love to cancel your registration a minimum of seven days prior to class.
If you do not cancel seven days prior to class and you miss a class, a refund will not be processed, nor will that class fee be transferred to another class / club. If the class is cancelled by Stitched with Love due to low registration or other issues, we will give you a full refund or transfer your registration to a different class. There are NO REFUNDS on Special Events including out-of-town instructors.
If requirements are met and you choose to have your class fee transferred to another class, be aware that only one transfer of class fees (providing 7 days’ notice was given) will be allowed.Create A Class
